CNY Special - Stir Fried Sea Cucumber With Chinese Leeks 大蒜
Tools Needed:
- Frying Pan
Ingredients:
- Chinese Leeks 4 stalks
- Frozen Sea Cucumber 300g
- Minced Garlic 2 tbsp
- Button Mushroom ½ can
- Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ tbsp
- Water 100ml
- Vegetable Oil 2½ tbsp
- Sesame Oil ½ tbsp
- Chinese Cooking Wine 2 tbsp
Instructions:
- Marinate sea cucumber with salt, sesame oil, cooking wine ( 1 tbsp ) and sauces for 30 minutes to 1 hour
- Put in oil and garlic into frying pan and stir fry on medium heat until fragrant
- Put in sea cucumber and mushrooms and stir fry until sea cucumber is soft
- Add in 100ml of clean water
- Closed the lid and let it simmer on medium heat for 3 minutes
- Add in chinese leeks ( Stem First )
- Add in chinese leeks ( Leaves ) next and stir fry for a maximum of 2 minutes
- Stir in cooking wine ( 1 tbsp )
- Serve while hot
