Fish Maw - Mushroom Stew Recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken Drumlets and Wings 6 pcs each
- Garlic 10 Cloves
- Ginger 1 inch
- Water 700ml
- Abalone Scallop Sauce 4 Tablespoons
- Sweet Peas 150g
- Scallops 5 Pieces (Big)
- Fish Maw 150g, blanched
- Salt 1 Tablespoon
- Cooking Oil 3 Tablespoons
Instructions:
- Marinate chicken drumlets and wings with salt and scallop sauce
- Put in oil, garlic cloves, and ginger slices into a pot and stir fry on medium heat
- Put in chicken and mushrooms and add in 700ml of water
- Closed the lid and let it simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes, add in sweet peas, scallops, and fish maw into the stew
- Give it a quick stir. Close the lid and let it simmer on medium low heat for 45 minutes
- Garnish with coriander and sliced chilies and the stew is ready to serve
- Serve warm
