Sea Cucumber - Braised Sea Cucumber with Mushroom
Tools Needed:

- Clay Pot
Ingredients:
- Frozen Sea Cucumber 400g
- Dried Mushrooms 6 pcs
- Button Mushrooms 1 can
- Ginger 4 slices
- Minced Garlic 2 tbsp
- Large Carrot 1 pc
- Scallops ( Dried ) 3 pcs
- Oyster Sauce 2 tbsp
- Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
- Cooking Wine 2 tbsp
- Salt ½ tbsp
- Water 200ml
- Vegetable Oil 2½ tbsp
To Garnish:
- Spring Onions 3 stalks
Instructions:
- Marinate sea cucumber, dried mushrooms and button mushrooms with salt, sauces and cooking wine
- Put in oil, garlic, and ginger slices into frying pan and stir fry on medium heat until fragrant
- Put in sea cucumber, dried mushrooms and button mushroom marinate
- Then, stir in 200ml of clean water
- Closed the lid and let it simmer on medium heat for 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes, add in carrots and scallops into the stew
- Give it a quick stir and move the stew into a clay pot
- Close the lid and let it simmer on medium-low heat for 45 minutes
- Garnish with spring onions and the stew is ready to serve
